ARE YOU envious of the large collection of docking speakers designed for iOS devices? Fret not Android fans, Philips has introduced a new Fidelio series docking speakers that cater specifically to Android devices.
The AS851 allows you to enjoy and share your favourite music by just docking your Android device to charge it.
The docking speaker features Philips' FlexiDock, which is uniquely designed to fit most Android phones - whether the micro USB connection socket is at the bottom or on the side of the device.
But in case you want to undock your smartphone to answer a text message, you can still stream music from your device via Bluetooth to the speaker.
All you need to do is download the free Philips Fidelio app and Bluetooth will automatically be switched on when the device is docked.
In addition, the speakers comes with advanced sound processing technology that offers fuller bass and clarity without distortion, Philips claimed.
