The best of the best at the Pokémon World Championships have a shot at immortality, as the Pokémon Company International will select a number of top players for inclusion in Pokémon Black Version 2 and White Version 2.
The videogame invitational championship, which takes place August 10-12 in Hawaii, welcomes national champions from all over the world.
With Pokémon Black & White 2 already available in Japan and heading to the United Staqtand Europe in October, the World Championships' chosen competitors will be distributed via Nintendo's WiFi Connection network.
Owners of Pokémon Black Version 2 or Pokémon White Version 2 will then be able to challenge them in the game's own Pokémon World Tournament battle arena.
Pokémon Black & White 2's World Tournament mode already contains a cameo from a fictional champion named Red: The original main character of the series beat rival Blue in a champion battle at the end of Pokémon Red and Blue. - Relaxnews 2012
